Reiko Aylesworth is an American actress known for her work on the hit TV series “24.” When Reiko lived in Springfield, Illinois from 1987 to 1988, she participated in her first play “West Side Story.” When she reached 15, Reiko moved to Seattle, where she attended University of Washington with a degree in Neural Science. During this time, Aylesworth participated in the Seattle Children’s Theatre production “Invisible Friends,” and the Intiman Theatre Company production of “Peter Pan.”

After deciding to become a full time actress, Reiko Aylesworth landed a role as Rebecca Lewis on the ABC soap “One Life to Live,” where she worked from 1993 to 1994. She then appeared on various TV shows such as “Now and Again,” “Law & Order,” “The West Wing,” “Ed” and “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” as well as winning minor roles in films like “Random Hearts” and “You’ve Got Mail.” Although Reiko Aylesworth won various TV and film roles, she continued to perform on stage on productions such as “The Gut Girls,” “One Hundred Gates,” “Cheap Sentiment,” “Missing/Kissing,” “Robbers,” “Humpty Dumpty,” “Top Girls,” “The Fearless” and “Expats.”

Reiko Aylesworth made a highly publicized guest appearance on the 5th season premiere of “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” in 2000. The following year, Reiko Aylesworth was cast in the horror-drama TV series “All Souls,” followed by another series called “The American Embassy.” Aylesworth tried her luck to join the FOX series “24” for the character Nina Myers in 2001 and again for the role of Kate Warner in 2002. Although Reiko lost both parts, the producers of 24 were impressed with her acting chops and asked her to play the character Michelle Dessler from season 2 to season 5.

When Reiko Aylesworth left 24, she appeared on the TV series “Conviction” and had a minor role in the film “Mr. Brooke.” She also starred in the indie thriller flick “The Killing Floor” and was cast as Kelly O'Brien in the 2007 film “Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem.” Also in 2007, Aylesworth had a seven-episode role on the long-running hospital drama “ER.” 2008 was a busy year for Reiko Aylesworth as she was cast in three independent films – “Buzzkill,” “The Understudy,” and “The Assistants.” By early 2009, Reiko started working on the set of the FOX series “Lost,” portraying the role of Amy.

Reiko Aylesworth has also appeared on several made-for-TV movies, including “Sherman’s March” (2000), “Fathers and Sons” (2005), and “Magma: Volcanic Disaster” (2006).
